Know before you go!
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the performance so you have time to park, view our photo-filled lobby and grab concessions before you take your seat. Our Main Stage seating is first come, first served!
Where should I park?
Northern Starz has two free parking lots (one in the front of the building and the other up a small hill towards the backside of the building). If you are coming to our theater for our of our Main Stage shows, you will want to park in the front/lower side of the building. If you are joining us for one of our special events, Jewels of DeNial shows, or music/voice lesson please park at the back of the building and enter through either of our two doors.
What if I arrive late?
Please try to arrive on time — we don’t want you to miss a moment! Latecomers will be asked to remain outside the theater until there is a break in the action on stage. Please note that we have 'train time' at our theater. If you are stopped due to a nearby train, chances are you are not the only one. If many people are late to a show, we will hold a performance from starting for no more than 7 minutes.
Are food and beverages allowed in the theater?
Yes, beverages and snack items may be enjoyed inside the theater. Stop at our concessions for food, soda, and wine!
What about my phone?
Phones and electronic devices must be turned off prior to the performance, and texting is not allowed during the show. We’ll share a friendly reminder to silence anything with a ring tone during the pre-show announcement. Photos of the set are allowed (and encouraged!) before or after the show and during intermission but not when artists are onstage (unless you are a parent of a student in one of our K-5th grade shows. Please check in with us prior to show if you would like to take photos).
What is your bathroom situation?
We have wheelchair accessible restrooms upstairs and downstairs at our theater. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have gender neutral restrooms. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
