Flex tickets can be used on any of the 8 shows listed in our season.
Footloose, 26 Pebbles, The Odd Couple, Out of the Pond, The Dark Road, Lion King Jr, Pied Piper, Seussified Christmas Carol.
Flex tickets are good for ONE ticket per production.

**The Flex package is great because you can choose the dates and times that work best for you and get a discount on tickets!
8 ticket package= receive 1 ticket per show
5 ticket package= receive 1 ticket for any 5 productions of your choice
3 ticket package= receive 1 ticket for any 3 productions of your choice

Once a flex package has been purchased, you will receive your “passcode”, good for one ticket per production of the size package you bought

No, you do not. Once a flex package has been purchased, you will receive your “passcode”, good for one ticket per production of the size package you bought.
Do I need to pick my show tickets in order to purchase Flex Tickets?
Yes, you can, if there are seats available for the performance you are moving your tickets to. Simply reach out to rachel@northernstarz.org to move tickets, at least 48 hours in advance of the event you hold a ticket for.
Can I exchange my tickets after purchase?
Can I use 3 Flex Tickets on one show?
Unfortunately no, you are not able to do that.
When purchasing a Flex Package, it enables you to select 1 seat per production(s) of your choice. The passcode you receive will allow you to only select one seat per production.
NOTE* You will receive a different passcode for each flex package purchased and use that for the entirety of the season.
